What Are Your Shipping Rates?

Free shipping all over Europe on all orders above 100€.

UK taxes and Brexit

Due to the new regulations imposed after Brexit, Artiplanto will not collect any VAT. It is up to the customer to pay the import and duty fees according to the UK regulation.

What is Your Delivery Time?

We’re so excited to deliver to you the premium artificial plants you ordered. Delivery time varies, however.
If the item you’ve ordered is already crafted and in-stock, expect delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
As of the COVID-19 pandemic and the additional delays in delivery that have come with that, FedEx delivery times vary according to region. We continue to try our best to minimize the time it takes to get the product from our hands to your homes.

Do You Offer Rush Shipments?

All orders are processed during business hours. If you place an order on the weekend or after-hours, it will only be processed on the following business day which is Monday through Friday. Once shipped, you will be notified via email.
At this time, ArtiPlanto does not offer rush shipping or next-day shipping.

Do you deliver to remote areas?

While we want to bring ArtiPlanto artificial plants to as many homes as possible to the furthest corners of the continent, the reality is what it is. It’s costly.
Shipping rates get substantially higher when delivering to remote cities and towns in the United Kingdom. For our customers, we do our best to keep those costs low.
Shipping to remote areas are calculated on a case-by-case basis. If we suspect it may be challenging to get your order to you, we will contact you directly to discuss delivery options.
