At ArtiPlanto, we believe in the quality of our products. We also want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
We understand that circumstances change. In rare cases, a return or exchange may be requested.
What is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns only on all products for up to 14 days after receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, a product must be unused and in its original packaging. The product must be in the same condition it was received.
Is What I Bought ‘Final Sale’?
Final sale applies to all ‘Plants of the Week’ and/or any items discounted by the use of a promo code.
Due to the complexiry caused by Brexit all the UK orders are considered final sale
Can I Return Something Bought on Sale?
If you have purchased a sales item with a discount applied, regardless of value, it is only eligible for a merchandise credit.
This credit is provided on an eGift Card. The merchandise is still subject to the required 14-day return limit.
What Do I Have to Do to Return A Product?
A team member will require the order number and pictures of the item to confirm its condition.
The item you wish to return should be placed back into its box with styrofoam support. Seal it securely.
How Much Does it Cost to Return An Item?
While ArtiPlanto provides the prepaid shipping label, original shipping and handling fees are deducted from your refund.
Furthermore, we do not refund taxes or duties.
How Long Does It Take to Process A Return?
Once we receive your return on our end, it is processed within 7-10 business days.
You will be notified by email after the return is completed and your funds will be returned to your payment method.
Do You Cover Return Shipping Rates?
Yes we do.
How Do You Cancel An Order?
The only way for ArtiPlanto to cancel your order is if it has not shipped yet.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot provide a refund until the item is returned to our warehouse.
“I Haven’t Received My Refund. What Do I Do?”
After 10 business days following the arrival of the product at our warehouse, if you haven’t yet received your refund, contact your credit card company first.
It may take some time to process and post a refund on your credit account.
If your bank and credit card company do not have any information, feel free to contact our service team and we will do everything we can to assist you.
